Fifty Shades Darker

In its first 24 hours of existence, the trailer for the sequel to last year’s Fifty Shades of Grey garnered more views than the trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens did in its first day. The Fifty Shades Darker trailer was viewed more than 114 million times during a one-day time frame. The Force Awakens trailer previously held that record with 112 million views.
The first Fifty Shades of Grey movie was wildly successful, at least in terms of money, if not critical acclaim. It was the sixth R-rated movie to gross more than $500 million, so it’s not surprising there’s still a lot of interest in its sequel.
I will admit that I never saw The Force Awakens, and I’m not even convinced I watched the whole trailer either. I did, however, slept after having pizza with French fries while watching Fifty Shades of Grey in 2015. It was a great time, and I can’t wait to do it again this year. Excited to be in the majority, I guess!
So, Newly-single Anastasia still yearns for the mysterious, young billionaire in the second installment of the popular franchise. The poster shows Christian putting a mask on Anastasia, while the video teases an intriguing proposal and invites viewers to slip into something a shade darker. The first dialogue in the two-minute clip shows Anastasia posing in lingerie for Christian Grey “Are you just going to stand there gawking?” “Yes” he responds. The pair rekindles their romance after Christian suggests a new arrangement, which is soon clouded by shadowy figures from his past.
The trailer then provides a look at a masquerade ball and the escalating romance between the two, who had ended “Fifty Shades of Grey” apart. “This time, no rules, no punishments, and no more secrets,” she tells Christian. Of course, secrets from his past return, in the form of a mysterious ex-girlfriend, played by BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL Bella Heathcote( Are you feeling The Neon Demon, Dark Shadows and The Rewrite?) Kim Basinger also enters the franchise as another ex-lover and Grey’s business partner and you can only anticipate the best out of her, Elena Lincoln. This valentine, I hope not to zonk out after having Burgers and fries while watching fifty shades of darker with new myriads of complicated characters and some shades darker storyline.
