Your 20s are for mistakes, learning, adapting and growing. These days of self-discovery and understanding lead you into the rest of your adult life. It may seem like you can dilly dally with your health since you are fairly young.

Food is the soul’s medicine; eat good quality food if possible, and improve your overall physical appearance and ability.
Create a safe space.
At home, when you are in a space where things look messy and disorganized, your life will start to feel the same way, eventually. You absorb so much from your home and if that is where you spend most of your time, keep it organized and clean. This will allow you also to feel nice.

What you watch, you Internalize. Consume things that will challenge your brain. Consume things that challenge you to do something new and exciting and educate you or help you grow emotionally…or something funny.
Have a circle of Mentors
Mentors are people you look up to morally or professionally to whom you have access. Having one mentor is not enough; I would like to suggest a group of mentors you have worked with or know in different life scenarios. Based on whatever advice you may need on relevant life issues you receive advice from, let’s say 3 mentors will give you multiple perspectives on how to proceed with your problem.
Create a culture of waking up early.
Take a Free course and build skills.
Use the weekends to build the life you want.
Create and Learn a Hobby.
Create schedules and keep your appointments.
Work on having multiple streams of income.
Speak up for yourself.
Your youth does not limit you to anything except what you limit yourself into. Often, we assume we are not good or smart enough to contribute to some ideas at work or home because of our age.
