Therefore, the government should abide by international agreements, including agreements on the rights of people with disabilities, and issue the necessary orders and procedures to ensure the conduct of these agreements in sound and clearly directed ways, in a way that guarantees their rights to protection from violence and bullying, education and health, whether they are in school.
