Strength resides in the ability to take the first step and begin the journey to change, and it is the wisdom that comes from being able to reach that point with the ability to be able to deliver all our beauty to the world.
There is no easy way for someone who wants to make a change, or who wants to have the power to transform problems into problems with solutions. The best way to start a movement is to stand up, call, show, tell why all of that needs to happen, then take the first step with your people and with organizations that will support you and your community. This is where you will see the impact of the movement and working in collaboration will deliver the best resources to your community.
If your community dissects the same problems without taking it seriously, it will become a meaningless problem for others without any values, but when we work together, we can become powerful. Being a leader requires taking initiative and connecting with everyone in your community.
Whenever a community is in dire need of support or resources, they will always be able to find them if they are aware of their needs and stand up for them. This is when the people will understand their own power and values. Regardless of their looks, education levels or physical intentions.
I ask, how can we see every human being as we would see ourselves and rather than looking for the answer, let’s go talk with them and see what hidden gifts they hold in their hearts and encourage them to do the same, so we can work together and achieve peace.
A collaboration happens when people believe in themselves by building up all their capacities for learning, growing, and making change.
