So, do they actually work?
To answer this question, no legitimate studies have been conducted to back up the claims that crystals utter vibrations that affect our mind, body, and soul. However, in 1880, Pierre Curie, a French physicist, was able to discover that putting pressure on various crystals can create electricity. These crystals include quartz, tourmaline, and even topaz.
Although crystal healing is seen as alternative medicine and considered under the placebo effect, crystal healing has a temporary effect on the body. But of course, there are other methods of healing that are much more effective. Crystals can be beneficial, but in no way have they been confirmed to cure disease and illness. I’m no doctor, but If you happen to fall under one of those categories, you should seek treatment from someone who is licensed.
