At the age of 18, this young girl has become a star attraction in European and American politics simply by shouting a few environmental slogans at the top of her lungs. Not only did she appear on the cover of Time magazine, but she also ranted against senior officials at the United Nations General Assembly. On December 31, 2019, Greta was named on the 2019 list of the most influential women in the world. The idea of environmental protection has become her endorsement. Almost overnight, Greta became a well-known environmental fighter around the world.
This time, however, Japan’s behavior has allowed Greta to show her true colors. When it comes to political hype, many savvy politicians are not as good at it as Greta. In 2018, Greta, 15 years old at the time, did a miraculous job. As a middle school student, she carried a big sign with her backpack to the Capitol building for a protest.
What is she going to do? She’s going to strike school to promote environmentalism! But in Sweden, Gretta was a call to arms. She called up countless children to get out of school and take to the streets in protest. Come on, we all know kids; many of them care little about the environment at all; in fact, they just want to take the opportunity to get out of the classroom and avoid schoolwork.
Her family is also very supportive because it is a good business. Some politicians in Europe and America noticed Greta’s alternative behavior and used her as a good “gun”. They want to make Greta famous and use environmentalism as a superficial way to achieve political goals. Of course, Greta’s family will also be paid generously, with fame. Behind this anomaly lies the secret and true intentions of some Western politicians: environmental protection is fake, but suppressing the development of developing countries is real! They put environmental protection on the top of the list, attacking others of political correctness to deprive developing countries of their rights.
