To me, Education was a learning process in my childhood. My leisure pursuit was reading and learning about new things. I was permanently an inquisitive child. (That’s what people said to dodge my questions). I questioned everybody about almost everything. But, hardly anybody answered me the right way. They did not pay any heed because I was “just a child”. As I grew up, my teachers got worse along the way in teaching and teenagers had found better things to be curious about; alcohol, Men-Women, what not.
I never really hated education. But I have seen many of my peers who hated going to school; I have had some friends who did not like the idea of studying. Anyway, I always get carried away by feels. Coming back to the point, why aren’t we using our minds to full capacity? Why are we gifted with this brain? To live in our own bubble of illusions and pretentiousness? Shed all layers of artificiality and be real. Never let your Schooling interfere with Education.
In such a modern, technological and competitive world, there is still the issue of education among poor and uneducated people of the society which needs to be solved as soon as possible. (We already have like millions of issues to deal with). The first thing that strikes me about education is knowledge gain. Education gives us knowledge of the world around us and changes it into something better. It develops in us a perspective of looking at life. It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge. Some say education is the process of gaining information about the surrounding world while knowledge is something very different. They are right. But then again, information cannot be converted into knowledge without education. Education makes us capable of interpreting things, among other things. (Education is a powerful tool). It is not just about lessons in textbooks. It is about the lessons of life. One thing I wish I can do is, to provide education for all: no child left behind and change the world for good!!
Education provides us with more we can imagine. Being educated or just literate are two different things. No rolling your eyeballs please, there is a difference. Literacy is knowing how to read and write. Education is to be able to reason, to use our ability to read and write to our benefit and to be able to gain our spectrum of knowledge by trying to surge deeper into the literate knowledge imparted to us. Education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education beats the beauty and the youth. Education is the ability to listen to almost anything without losing your temper or your self confidence. Education is the movement from darkness to light.
Our aim of getting education should be to help other needy people of the society to get them over the weaknesses and superstitions. Education has unbelievable power which keeps us away from evil powers, helps us in making independent and provides us new possibilities and opportunities to become a problem solver and excellent decision maker. It keeps our mind calm and peaceful by maintaining the balance among body, mind and soul. Through the key of education we can open our difficult lock of the success. Many people do hard work for whole day just to earn some money for getting two times of food in the absence of good education. So, education is must for each one of us to have a better and happy lifestyle.
The real meaning of education is much more than the success in personal and professional life. People in the modern society have narrowed the meaning of education. It does not aim that educated people gets professionally recognized instead it aims much more than this. It is not only to run in the race to go ahead and read only the school or college syllabus. The education really means to improve the physical, social and mental well-being, develop personality and improve skill level. The aim of education is very vast and makes a person, a fucking good person.
Education helps us to be healthy, save many lives, boosts economic growth, earn money, raise quality crop, promote peace in the society, eradicate poverty, remove gender discrimination and inequality, promote women and children rights, bring good governance, remove corruption, make aware about fundamental rights and so many. Good education does not mean to study hard and get good results however it is to conquer new things for the betterment of whole mankind.
Let me say it my way, Education gives us the power to unlearn all the shitty things taught and enforced upon us to make our life shittier. You need to have your own mind. Minds are beautiful and incredibly sexy. Break free from everything you don’t approve of and find your own opinion as well as ways to deal with it. We are all beautifully different and wonder balls.
As you must know, “You can never be overdressed or overeducated.” ― Oscar Wilde
You are a noble Soul. I enjoy it 🙂 please more, please more. Yes, education is a movement from darkness to Light. “That light shines in the darkness, yet the darkness did not overcome it.” – Let us illuminate the darkness of the world. The night gives birth to the brightest stars.
Thanks for the encouragement. 🙂 The night is beautiful, as it is right now, giving birth to the brightest stars. This statement has moved my mind. Thank you.
“Minds are beautiful and incredibly sexy.”
Absolutely. I am a sapiosexual with a fetish for intelligent women. “PLEASE….. educate me” 😍😎
Sapiosexual
One who finds the content’s of someone else’s mind to be their most attractive attribute, above and before their physical characteristics. From the Latin root “sapien”, meaning wise. The term is now becoming mainstream with dating apps such as OkCupid and Sapio giving users the ability to define their sexual orientations as “Sapiosexual.”
For many, defining oneself as Sapiosexual is also a statement against the current status quo of hookup culture and superficiality, where looks are prized above all else.
“Give me a deep conversation or a passionate debate over brainless beauty any day. Someone who makes me reconsider my long-held beliefs and challenges my mind is a person I can easily fall for. There is no doubt that I’m a sapiosexual.”
http://de.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=sapiosexual
A person who likes writers is not a scribosexual, a person who likes lawyers is not a jurosexual, and a person who loudly proclaims that they only date smart people might be dangerously full of themselves, but they’re not a “sapiosexual. -Samantha Allen 🙂
That’s a cool response 🙂
Let us study together 😳😏
Sure, I would love to. It can even be a collective action to educate those who are only literates.
Per aspera ad astra, “through hardships to the stars”.
