  1. Its mainly overthinking. Secondly sharing is not good option all the times. You are your own saviour. Let yourself face the fears and let yourself conquer them.

    1. True, it’s mainly overthinking. Secondly, it is governed by the degree of fears to determine whether to bare your fears or not. Fear has an important role too as it is a vital response to physical and emotional danger, if we didn’t feel it, we couldn’t protect ourselves from legitimate threats. But often we fear situations that are far from life-or-death and thus hang back for no good reason. Traumas or bad experiences can trigger a fear response within us that is hard to quell and that is where we need the support of our family or friends. Yet exposing ourselves to our personal demons is the best way to move past them.

      1. Well the hardest part is sharing them and i do agree with that unless we expose ourselves to our fears we cant move past them.

  2. Very well said. I believe fear it is a state of mind. As you very well said in one sentence that we all have fear but we don’t have to let us define us or control us. I’m paraphrasing here. I have had my share of situations when fear of dying really was very present, but you never let it paralise you if not you are done.
I have several quotes I post on the wall, one is “What are you going to accomplish today?” And focus all your energies on whatever it is, as small of a task others might think it is, but for me is a great task to overcome. What is easy for some is difficult for others, we are all different. “Never feel pitty for yourself” Another quote I have put in my wall.
    Great post.

    1. You paraphrased it even better than me. You are one brave and strong person as you do not let it ever paralyze your mental state. I have also had a few where one was in relation to a terrorist attack, not something I would like to recall but it was really bad. I always glance through all your posts and they are encouraging yet practical. Thank you for letting me know what you had in mind.

        1. Yes, there was one a few years ago and it was grave. I was really close to the place and almost lost a friend to it. You must have been a great army man. I am sure, you have a lot of stories to tell.

          1. Stories to tell I have a too many , the fun, the boredom, the ugly, and the rest. But that is the past, so I try to focus on the future, and fear wich was the thing of your post if I remember correctly, I did lie, I am fearlless, I just assume that I’ m gonna dioing that job, and in the civilian world when I get in to fights, wich now in my small town just a few want to get me, the rest when they came in groups and me just one, they walked off, it some they could, in my mind if you talk about fear that is wdeakness and for me that word is related to fighting, allthough my mother tells me to clean a dish and that is fear if I don’t do it, I guess you got it

We would love to hear your thoughts! Tell us what you think!
